This sweet soufflé with rice is a beautiful dessert which brings us back to childhood. Make sure to serve it straight from the oven. Great for your comfort food winter repertoire.

For the topping:

Priprema
- Cook the rice in salted milk for approximately 20 min, until half done, and let it cool down.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with some warm water until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk together the butter, sugar, egg yolks and grated lemon zest, and beat until foamy. Gently fold in the cooked rice.
- Mix the egg whites with rice and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- After baking, allow to stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
