For the topping:

Priprema
- Peel and cut the potatoes into round slices. Cook the potatoes in salt water until half done.
- Wash and chop broccoli into florets.
- Mix together the potatoes and broccoli and place the mixture into a dish greased with butter.
- Prepare the topping. Beat the eggs; add heavy cream and salt.
- Pour the topping over potatoes and broccoli and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
