Sauerkraut is so delicious with lightly smoked semi-dry Slovenian Carniolan sausages. Prepared in the oven, the dish will preserve all important nutrients and elements in cabbage and bring out enhanced sausage flavour. Served with mustard or horseradish, it is a real delicacy.

Priprema

  1. Season the sauerkraut with paprika, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Place the sauerkraut and sausages on a baking tray.
